You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package, without needing to provide a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you will have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Once the returned item has been received, we will refund the total amount paid for the order, including the original shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the item to our store is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are usually around €7.25 per package, but the exact price may vary depending on the carrier you choose.

If you decide to return a product, it should be sent back with all accessories included and, where possible, in the original packaging and condition. If the item or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge a reduction in value to cover the depreciation. For this reason, we recommend handling the product carefully and packaging it securely when returning it.
