Shipping to the United States
We ship orders to the United States via DHL Express. Orders are dispatched from Kuwait.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by order weight. The final shipping charge and delivery availability for your address are shown at checkout.

Delivery and tracking
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. This estimate is not guaranteed. Customs clearance and carrier delays may extend delivery times. We email your tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Import duties and customs charges
Orders are shipped internationally. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, when assessed, are the customer's responsibility and may be collected separately by DHL. These import charges are not included in the shipping charge.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. Please obtain approval before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We cover return shipping for these cases. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping.
