Returns & Refunds
We want you and your animals to be taken care of and that includes making returns easy. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you. But if we made a mistake the item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered we'll cover the cost of getting it back to us.
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and process your refund shortly after. Orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship; once your package is on its way, a return is the way to go instead.
If you are shopping from the EU? You're also covered by an additional 14 day cancellation right under EU law, on top of everything above.
